Well that ends the 2007 garden. The frost has come and the first light snow has fallen. All of the dead plants have been removed in preparation of next year. Over all a good year. Defiantly had too many tomatoes. Next year we will grow less and be predominately heirloom and Roma. The peppers came on strong too late in the year and were snuffed out prematurely by the cold. The tomatillos were and experience (one that will not be repeated) they taste awful and took over the garden. Now it is on to next year.

Hot pepper hound
Salsa verde
More striped Tomatoes
Even more tomatoes (mostly romas as they got a later stare than the others)
These well be used to make even more salsa with a small amount of tomatillos mixed in.
tomatillos with the husks removed
making salsa verde. We used about half of the tomatillos and peppers to make the salsa verde. We then ended up throwing it away. It was extremely disgusting (tasted and looked like snot).
