We had a hurricane come through last week and now that the water is cleaned up in the basement we are out to survey the damage to the garden. It left its mark on the garden. We have already had a ridiculous amount of rain and this added 6 more inches in 24 hours with 60 mph sustained wind. The corn was blown over and most of the tomato plants are destroyed. We can hardly walk in the back yard as is is mostly a lake. Most of the low lying plants are OK though.
